A creamy and spicy dip made with cottage cheese and buffalo chicken.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
