Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with cottage cheese and buffalo chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
