Description

A homemade version of the classic Little Debbie Valentine Cakes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pink frosting
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cakes cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla to make icing.
  8. Spread icing on top of the cooled cakes.
  9. Decorate with pink frosting and sprinkles.
  10. Allow the cakes to set before serving.
