- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup peanut oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat peanut oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken in flour until fully coated.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
