Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring if using.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture gently.
- Add crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips, folding until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
