Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cookie dough)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for cookie dough)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for cookie dough)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  6. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let brownies cool completely.
  10. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla until smooth for cookie dough.
  11. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  12. Spread cookie dough over the cooled brownies.
  13. Cut into squares and serve.
