- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cookie dough)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (for cookie dough)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for cookie dough)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let brownies cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla until smooth for cookie dough.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread cookie dough over the cooled brownies.
- Cut into squares and serve.
