Ingredients

  • Soba noodles: 200 grams
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Scallions: 2, finely sliced
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons, toasted
  • Cucumber: 1 medium, julienned

  • Water: for boiling noodles

Instructions
