Ingredients

- 2 cans of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
