Description

A flavorful dish combining salmon with coconut curry and garlic butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in coconut milk and stir well.
  8. Return salmon to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Add butter and mix until melted.
  10. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less curry powder.
  • Serve with rice or naan for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
