A flavorful dish combining salmon with coconut curry and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in coconut milk and stir well.
- Return salmon to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add butter and mix until melted.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less curry powder.
- Serve with rice or naan for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
