- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut flour, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Add shredded coconut and vanilla extract.
- If desired, mix in cocoa powder.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra texture.
- Roll in additional shredded coconut for a nice finish.
