Description

A refreshing and hearty club sandwich pasta salad that combines the flavors of a classic club sandwich with pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, bacon, chicken, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
