Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Marinating overnight enhances the flavor.
