A delightful layered dessert inspired by circus animal cookies.

- 1 package of circus animal cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (12 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- Rainbow sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the circus animal cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cookie crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until thick.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with rainbow sprinkles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Try different flavors of pudding for variety.
- Keep leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
