Description
Deliciously soft bread with a sweet cinnamon sugar filling.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour, covered.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll out the dough and spread melted butter over it.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Cut the dough into strips and stack them.
- Place the stacked strips in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- Can be topped with icing if desired.
