A quick and easy recipe for cinnamon roll overnight oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add raisins or nuts if desired.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or heated.
