A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in crushed cinnamon rolls and flour.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be topped with caramel sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
