Delicious cinnamon roll bars with a creamy glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the bars.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed within three days.
- Can be frozen for up to a month.
