- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
- Can add raisins for extra flavor.
