Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Cut cheesecake into squares. Dip each square in melted butter and then coat with sugar mixture.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
