Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
- Use a scoop to form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Chill the truffles before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate.
- Add nuts or sprinkles for variation.
