Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Brussels sprouts by tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a pan, combine cranberry sauce, pecans, and maple syrup. Heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve roasted Brussels sprouts alongside mashed potatoes and warm cranberry sauce.
