Description

A festive alcoholic punch perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 2 cups of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of simple syrup
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups of club soda

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine red wine, brandy, cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the sliced orange and lemon to the mixture.
  3. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, add club soda for fizz.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
  7. Serve in punch glasses over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness with more or less simple syrup.
  • Can substitute white wine for a lighter flavor.
  • Best served cold.
