Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups of mixed dried fruits
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of brandy or apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix dried fruits, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add butter and brandy or apple juice to the mixture.
- Fill the pie crust with the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
