- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled pavlova with whipped cream and arrange mixed berries on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
