Description

A festive pasta dish perfect for Christmas gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with vegetables.
  7. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with grated parmesan on top.
