Ingredients

- 1 cup of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup of diced strawberries

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine apples, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and strawberries.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and honey.
- Pour the lemon juice mixture over the fruit.
- Add chopped mint leaves and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
