- 1 pound of cocktail sausages
- 1 cup of cream cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, green onions, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Roll out phyllo pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create small pockets.
- Brush each pocket with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with cocktail sausages.
