- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
- This dip can be made a day in advance and baked before serving.
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños if desired.
