Ingredients

  • 4 cups of mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and sauté green beans with sliced almonds until golden.
  4. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer mashed potatoes to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve green beans alongside mashed potatoes.
