Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle paprika and garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve chilled.
