Description

A refreshing salad featuring cranberries, pecans, and a sweet dressing, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pick through the cranberries.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries and sugar over medium heat until cranberries pop.
  3. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pecans, marshmallows, whipped cream, and pineapple.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
