- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let sit for a few minutes until melted, then spread evenly.
- Top with crushed candy canes.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
