- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Pair with a variety of crackers for serving.
- Can be made a day in advance.
