Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a saucepan.
- Add heavy cream and butter, stir until well mixed.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour into a greased pan and let cool.
- Cut into squares and package as gifts.
Notes
