- 100g smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, mashed
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking tray.
- Spread cream cheese on each slice.
- Top with smoked salmon and cucumber slices.
- Add diced red bell pepper and mashed avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
