Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese and diced vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Prepare French toast by dipping bread in egg mixture and cooking on a skillet.
- Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
