Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
