Description

A rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake topped with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and melted chocolate.
  7. Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
  • Can be topped with extra chopped Reese’s Cups.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
