Instructions
- Start by melting the dark chocolate using a double boiler method until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well blended.

- Fold in one-third of the whipped cream to lighten the mixture, then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.

- Chill the mousse cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
