- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free cookies for a gluten-free version.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with extra chocolate or peanut butter if desired.
