Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the gelatin mixture gently until dissolved.
- Combine the gelatin with the chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
Notes

- Can be garnished with berries or nuts.
