Description
Easy chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add rolled oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Can use almond butter as a substitute for peanut butter.
- Adjust cocoa for more or less chocolate flavor.
