Description
Delicious chocolate Easter eggs filled with creamy chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100ml cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chop dark chocolate and place in a bowl.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until it just simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
- Add vanilla extract and salt.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Let the ganache cool to room temperature.
- Mold chocolate shells using melted chocolate.
- Fill the shells with ganache.
- Seal with more chocolate.
- Chill until set.
