Description

Delicious chocolate Easter eggs filled with creamy chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Chop dark chocolate and place in a bowl.
  2. Heat cream in a saucepan until it just simmers.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Add vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  6. Let the ganache cool to room temperature.
  7. Mold chocolate shells using melted chocolate.
  8. Fill the shells with ganache.
  9. Seal with more chocolate.
  10. Chill until set.
