- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in gluten-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These blondies can be frozen for later use.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
