Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
