A quick and easy Chinese ground beef stir fry that is packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
