A flavorful sauce made with garlic and soy sauce, perfect for stir-fries and marinades.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, minced garlic, and sugar.
- In another small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in a little water.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the sauce mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Use for marinating chicken or vegetables.
- Adjust garlic amount to taste.
