Description

A flavorful sauce made with garlic and soy sauce, perfect for stir-fries and marinades.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, minced garlic, and sugar.
  2. In another small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in a little water.
  3. Add cornstarch mixture to the sauce mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
