Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and bell pepper, stir-frying until tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
