- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
