Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a pot, mix chickpea flour, water, and salt.
- Stir continuously over medium heat until thick.
- Pour the mixture into a greased container.
- Let it cool and set for 2 hours.
- Cut into cubes and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use in salads or stir-fries.
