Description

A healthy and delicious chickpea avocado wrap packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 whole wheat wraps

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on each wrap.
  4. Roll up the wraps tightly.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.
