Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 whole wheat wraps
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each wrap.
- Roll up the wraps tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Can substitute chickpeas with black beans.
- Add spices for extra flavor.
- Best consumed fresh.
